The Research and Development Department of “Univest PrePress” over the past five years has accumulated a broad experience in performing projects on application of color management technologies and standardization of printing processes.

We were the first in Ukraine to create and offer a commercial product at the market – Standardized color proof. Being the first in Ukraine, and in most European countries, we were able to produce digital color proofs in compliance with the requirements of ISO 12647-7, having achieved this before the official publication of the final version of the standard in December 2007. In 2008, we participated in the testing of color proof complexes IDEAlliance Industry Proofing Study, organized by IDEAlliance / SWOP (USA), where we were awarded the first place according to the test results. Largest printing houses from U.S., Canada, and Mexico participated in the test.

We are ready to offer our expertise and experience, to adapt finished or develop new solutions for the interested companies. Our specialty is the solutions using technologies of color management, calibration and profiling of various types of devices, introduction and adaptation of new products, integration of different software into a single technological flow and testing of specific software for optimal selection and evaluation, control and standardization of different printing processes.
